• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off.
• Conceptualizing creative and modern design ideas.
• Create user flows, process flows and site maps for peers and team leader.
• Prepare design plans and present the website structure.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team Player with innovative ideas.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
